Sprinkler System Installation

A good sprinkler system is more than pipes in the ground. The heads have to overlap properly, each zone has to match the water pressure and flow you actually have, and the plants in a zone should want the same amount of water. Get those right and the lawn is even and green. Get them wrong and you get dry spots, soggy spots and a high water bill.

We design and install in-ground sprinkler systems for homes across Nashville and Middle Tennessee. We walk the property, measure the water supply, lay out the zones, trench and install the pipe, valves and heads, set the controller and adjust every head before we call it done.

What you get

Done right, from the first walk-through

01

Layout and zoning

Zones grouped by sun, slope, soil and plant type so each gets the right amount of water.

02

Heads matched to the area

Spray heads, rotors and rotary nozzles chosen for each space, with head-to-head coverage.

03

Valves, controller and protection

Valve manifold, controller and a backflow preventer to protect your drinking water.

04

Test and adjust

Every zone is run, every head is aimed and adjusted, and the schedule is set.

The process

How your service comes together

  1. 1

    Walk the property

We measure the yard and the water supply, talk about what you want and mark the plan.

  2. 2

    Trench and install

Pipe, valves and heads go in with minimal damage to the lawn and landscaping.

  3. 3

    Test, adjust and teach

We run every zone, fine-tune the coverage and show you how the controller works.

FAQ

Common questions about sprinkler installation

How long does an installation take?

Most homes take one to a few days, depending on the size of the yard, the soil and the number of zones. We give you a schedule once we have measured.

Will you tear up my lawn?

We use trenching methods that keep the damage narrow, and we fill and tamp the trenches. The lawn recovers quickly, especially with a few waterings.

Do I need a backflow preventer?

Most areas require one to protect the drinking water supply. We install the right type for your system and local rules.
