Water left in sprinkler pipes will freeze, expand and crack the pipe, the valves or the backflow device. Middle Tennessee winters often swing between mild and hard freezes, so the damage can arrive quickly.
We winterize sprinkler systems across Nashville and Middle Tennessee. We shut off the supply, drain the backflow device, connect an air compressor and run each zone at a controlled pressure until the water is cleared, then set the controller to rain mode.

FAQ
Before the first hard freeze. We start scheduling in the fall, so booking early helps.
It is risky. Too much pressure can damage heads and fittings, and too little leaves water behind.
Yes. One hard freeze is enough to crack pipe, and winters here can change fast.
